Privacy notice

How Earlyline uses and protects personal information.

This notice covers the Earlyline website, sample and pilot requests, and public content research. Last updated 20 July 2026.

Controller and contact

Ben Bykovski is the data controller for Earlyline and operates from the Netherlands. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@earlyline.ai.

Information processed

Earlyline may process:

  • Your email address, role, and submitted public account URL or niche, plus the pilot screening answers: how many client accounts you manage, the recurring recommendation you make, an optional description of your current workflow, and what a paid result would need to replace.
  • Public content evidence, including public URLs, account names, post titles, publication times, and public performance counts.
  • Aggregate site analytics such as page, referrer, country, browser, operating system, and device category.
  • Bounded campaign fields included in the link you use, such as source, medium, campaign, or referral code, plus the referring site hostname. Earlyline does not store the raw referring URL for account attribution or set an attribution cookie.

Do not submit private client data, passwords, special-category personal data, or content that you are not permitted to share.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Sample-request information is used to assess the public account or niche, reply to the request, and administer the limited validation pilot. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request before a contract and performance of the requested service.
  • Public content evidence is used to prepare, verify, and improve content research. The legal basis is Earlyline's legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in providing an evidence-based research service, balanced against the limited and already-public nature of the information.
  • Aggregate site analytics and first-party workspace events are used to understand reliability, activation, evidence quality, and which steps are useful. The legal basis is Earlyline's legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in operating and improving the service.
  • Campaign attribution is used to understand which launch outreach produces useful accounts and paid customers. The legal basis is Earlyline's legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in evaluating its own acquisition activity with minimized data.

Earlyline does not sell personal information, use it for third-party advertising, or make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects through automated processing.

Processors and recipients

The site is hosted by Vercel. Vercel Web Analytics uses no cookies and provides aggregate page-view data. Web3Forms receives the details entered in the sample request so Earlyline can receive and answer it. If the browser form is not configured, the site offers a direct email link instead. Public content may be reviewed using the providers listed below only when preparing an agreed sample. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or needed to establish or defend legal claims.

Provider details are available in the Vercel analytics disclosure, Vercel privacy notice, Web3Forms privacy policy, Neon/Databricks privacy notice, Resend privacy policy, Google privacy policy, OpenAI business data practices, and Anthropic privacy center.

International transfers

The applicable infrastructure and request-form providers operate in multiple countries, including countries outside the European Economic Area. Their current disclosures and data-processing terms describe transfer locations and safeguards.

Retention

  • Sample and pilot request records are kept while the request or pilot is active and for up to 12 months after the last activity so the validation can be evaluated. Records may be deleted sooner on request or kept longer where legally required.
  • Public research artifacts may remain as historical evidence, subject to valid objection, erasure, or correction requests.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can also complain to the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Send a request to hello@earlyline.ai. Earlyline may need enough information to verify that the request concerns you.
