earlyline

the log

built in public. the log starts before the name did.

earlyline is the public version of a system i built for myself. this is the honest ledger — ships, breaks and kills included. the daily story runs on @earlylineai.

the site becomes an archive — and two honesty edits.

every brief now lives at /brief/[date] as a dated page, fed by a json artifact the pipeline exports — the manual copy-paste step dies. two edits while i was in here: the platform status is now spelled out (youtube + tiktok live, instagram + x being wired in), and the founding price lock is a defined promise — €19 for your first 12 months, not “forever.” forever was cheap talk.

this site ships.

the homepage is my actual brief of 2026-07-05, exactly as delivered. risers, velocities and counters come straight from the pipeline's trend memory. nothing on this page is invented — that's the whole point of the product.

earlyline gets its name.

registered earlyline.ai, swept the trademark databases (EUIPO / WIPO / USPTO — zero collisions worldwide), and chose the mark: a geometric e whose crossbar leaves the tile before the letter ends.

trend memory starts compounding.

every measured video is stored: views, age, velocity, platform. 242 distinct videos across youtube, tiktok and instagram as of jul 5 — and it grows every morning.

the gate makes its first kill.

a fallback path templated a 300-character strategy memo into a spoken hook. the gate refused it (“nobody speaks a memo”) and the failure became a permanent regression test the same day.

2026-06-30

real virality data, wired in.

per-video view counts from the youtube api plus tiktok and instagram scrapers, ranked by views-per-hour velocity. measured risers replace vibes in the morning brief.

the voice gate ships first.

before the system wrote a single draft, it got its refusal: no drafting without at least 2 real published posts to learn a voice from. the gate came before the feature.
