Product log
This log records material changes to the launch model, evidence contract, and public product surface. Routine code changes are tracked in Git.
The self-serve workflow is integrated behind a deny-by-default activation boundary. The public offer remains the manual sample request and limited pilot while quality and operations gates are completed.
One internal evaluation of public YouTube metadata reached a schema-valid three-post plan across collection, peer fit, composition, quality checking, and planning. Two other account evaluations held at the evidence threshold. This records mechanical readiness and established three stronger practitioner gates: target-topic novelty, evidence-backed claims, and view-based measurement. Customer-value and repeat-use evidence remain future milestones.
A pilot practitioner can now complete the whole cycle in one workspace: edit the plan, fix a client version, record the approval decision, log published posts with 24-hour and 7-day results, and start the next cycle grounded in those recorded results.
Narrowed the validation audience to social media managers and small agencies, replaced unverified trend claims with source-linked evidence, and reduced the first request to three fields.
A publishable artifact now requires stable source URLs, explicit observation history, evidence references, limitations, and completed review checks. Dated artifacts are append-only.
The validation cohort may be audited closely, but recurring production is being designed for automated delivery with uncertain output held for exception review.
The first prototype produced useful workflow lessons but did not preserve enough source and baseline evidence for public recommendations. Its dated files remain in the repository as legacy records and are not presented as validated output.
